I survived my first week of college. Lol. I don’t know how to feel. I’m really glad I don’t have class on Fridays. My second day really sucked. School has 2 campuses and I was wait listed in one class. I accidentally went to the wrong campus, and arrived to class an hour and 30 minutes late. He had already took roll, so people from the wait list got moved up and there’s no more room in the class. Therefore, I might not get an english class this semester. Sucks, but that’s life. And leaving campus, I almost died. Nearly got into a really bad accident. (Thank God for my reflexes tho) The lady I almost hit was really nice about it. I was already having a shitty day, so I broke down. Lol, she gave me a hug and tissues.
Monday and Wednesdays I have like 3 hour gaps. And, I don’t have any friends. So, I just hang out alone. And, it sucks. Santa Clarita doesn’t have much. College is such a different experience from high school. It’s really taking me out of my comfort zone. I’m not sure how to feel. It’s weird, but I guess it’s a good thing. The only thing I hate is I don’t feel comfortable around the area. I’m not used to it and I feel out of place and sad. Oh, and I only have 2 classes and it counts as 13 units all together, so thumbs up to that.
Balancing school, work, sleep, and my social life isn’t bad. Since, my classes are pretty chill & my hours at work are getting cut since I have school til 6 Monday - Thursday. So, I only work like 3 hours. Sleep is good since my classes start pretty late. Social life is w/e since I don’t really talk to anyone.
On the bright side, Made In America is this weekend. I’m really only excited to see Kanye West and Chance the Rapper.
